We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our writing instruments. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging ballpoint pens, fountain pens, pencils, and other products, ensuring a fair and straightforward process for all customers.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. This ensures that the items remain in pristine condition, as we cannot accept returns for products that show signs of wear, damage, or use—including ink stains on fountain pens or pencil sharpening marks.
You must initiate a return or exchange within a reasonable timeframe from the date of delivery. Please ensure you retain your order confirmation and original packaging, as these may be required to verify your purchase and process your request. Personalized or custom-made writing instruments are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items (e.g., receiving the wrong pen type or color), we will cover all associated return shipping costs and offer a full refund or free replacement, at your discretion. You must notify us of such issues within a reasonable period of delivery and provide photos of the damage or error for verification.
For eligible returns (unused, unopened items), shipping fees for returning the product to us are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria. This policy applies to all purchases and cannot be modified unless explicitly stated in writing.
