All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Processing time includes verifying payment, preparing your items for shipment, and packaging them securely to prevent damage during transit—especially important for our delicate fountain pens and precision pencils. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options to accommodate your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We take great care in packaging your items. Each pen and pencil is wrapped individually to protect against scratches, and all orders are placed in sturdy, padded packaging to ensure they arrive in the same pristine condition as they leave our warehouse. We do not ship internationally at this time, and all shipments are limited to domestic addresses only.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress online. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before reaching out for assistance.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing or damaged upon delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
